Walking through the dewy forest at dawn,
Beads onthe leaves become her veil,
Clouds and stars show her the path to an enduring mystery,
Can she ever come back after awoken?
Or remains in the crowded bustling city?
2012 IU awards shortlisted
This work is an entry for the 2012 IU awards. At the beginning, among hundreds of jewelry designers from more than 20 countries or regions participating in the competition, only 30 hand-drawn artworks were finally selected for shortlisting. These works must be made into finished products before they can be submitted to Hong Kong for competition.
The master metalworker used exquisite craftsmanship to turn the artwork into a real product, and also used a variety of different working methods to make the work more delicate and full of tension.
